A capture is charged by how long it is, counted from the recording itself rather than from anything your phone claims. Work ehllo does on its own, such as deciding whether something is worth remembering or pulling an event out of a page you pasted, costs you nothing.
Always free, on every plan
Running out of credits never locks you out of your own work. Nothing is hidden, nothing is deleted, and a recording waiting for credits stays on your device until it has them. If something fails, you keep the credit.

The things worth asking first.
What is an AI credit?
Permission to use an AI feature once. It is not money, it has no cash value, and it cannot be bought separately, transferred or exchanged. It exists so you only pay for the AI work you actually ask for.
What happens when I run out?
The AI features stop until you have more. Nothing else does. Your card, your people, your events, your notes and your reminders keep working exactly as before, nothing is hidden, and nothing is deleted. A recording waiting for credits stays safely on your device and transcribes itself as soon as you have some.
Do unused credits carry over?
Starter credits do not expire, so they last until you spend them. A Plus allowance is for its month. Each month starts fresh. Credits do not carry over, and a renewal replaces the allowance rather than adding to what is left.
What does Plus cost?
In the UK, Plus is £8.49 a month or £81.99 a year, which is the price on this page. Inside the app the price is shown in your own currency, including your own tax. It is set by Google Play and the App Store for the country your store account is in, so it can differ a little from the UK figure.
Who bills me, and how do I cancel?
Google Play or the App Store, through the account you already use there. We never see your card. You can cancel at any time from that same store account. Cancelling stops the next renewal and does not end the month you have already paid for: Plus, and its credits, run to the end of that period. Refunds are handled by the store that took the payment.
What if the AI gets it wrong, or fails?
If something fails, you keep the credit. A charge is only taken when the work produced something you can use, and retrying the same thing is the same charge rather than a second one.
