Email product@ehllo.io with what you were doing and, if you can, a screenshot. Say which phone you use and the email address you sign in with, so we can find your account.
Signing in
Sign in with an email code, with Google, or on iPhone with Apple. A code arrives within a minute; check your spam folder if it does not. Signing in with Apple and choosing to hide your email creates its own account, separate from one made with your email.
ehllo Plus
Plus is a subscription billed by the App Store or Google Play. To cancel or change it, open your subscriptions in the store you bought it from: on iPhone, Settings, your name, Subscriptions; on Android, Google Play, your profile, Payments and subscriptions. If you reinstall or change phone, use Restore purchases on the Plan screen in the app.
Recordings
ehllo records only after you confirm everyone agreed and tap to start. Recording continues with the screen locked, and a notification shows while it runs. Tap End to stop.
Deleting your account
In the app, open Settings and choose Delete account. Your account is hidden straight away; sign in within 30 days to undo it, after which it is erased. Deleting your account does not cancel a store subscription, so cancel that in the store too. You can also email us and we will do it for you. See the Privacy Policy for what we keep and for how long.
